The cars we have broken

Our S3 stock splits across two generations, with the 8P the larger of the two:

• 8P (2006–2012) — around 765 parts. 2008 is our biggest year, followed by 2010 and 2007. The 2.0 TFSI cars, three-door and Sportback.
• 8V (2013–2020) — around 478 parts, including a strong run of 2015 and 2020 cars, hatch and saloon.

Very little carries across between an 8P and an 8V, and the 8V facelift changed lights, infotainment and front end again. Saloon-specific panels and trim are not interchangeable with the hatch. If you are not certain, send us your registration before you order and we will check it against the part. It takes a couple of minutes and saves you a return.

• Body and panels — bumpers, wings, bonnets, doors, tailgates and mirrors.
• Engine and exhaust — 2.0 TFSI ancillaries, turbo and boost pipework, manifolds, mounts, coolers.
• Suspension and brakes — struts, arms, hubs, calipers and discs.
• Steering, wheels, electrical and transmission — racks, alloys, modules, looms, DSG and Haldex parts.
