Our Warranty

Every part we sell is removed by us, by hand, from a vehicle on our own site in Shropshire. We check it before it is listed and we stand behind it after it leaves us.

What is covered, and for how long

Electrical — ECUs, alternators, starters, control modules, sensors	30 days
Body panels, lights, interior, trim, glass, suspension, brakes	30 days, as described
Items graded D – spares or repair	Sold as seen, no warranty

The warranty runs from the date the part is delivered to you or collected from us.

What the warranty gives you

If a covered part fails within its warranty period through no fault of fitting or use, we will replace it with an equivalent part where we have one, or refund you in full. The choice is yours.

Conditions

These are standard across the industry and they exist so that we are covering the part, not the installation:

Mechanical assemblies — engines, gearboxes, differentials and turbochargers — must be fitted by a VAT-registered garage. Please keep the invoice; we may ask to see it.
Fluids, filters, belts, seals and gaskets should be renewed on fitting, as you would with any used assembly.
The part must not have been modified, adapted, dismantled or used in competition.
Our identification mark must be intact.
Tell us as soon as a problem appears and give us the chance to inspect the part before you replace it elsewhere.

The warranty covers the part itself. It does not cover fitting labour, recovery, hire vehicles or other consequential costs.

Making a claim

Call 01691 611649 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00) or email info@torquemotors.co.uk with your order number and a description of the fault. We will talk it through with you and arrange the next step.

Not sure a part fits?

Send us your vehicle registration before you order and we will confirm it. If we confirm a fitment and get it wrong, we pay the return postage — see our returns policy.

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
