Delivery & Collection
Free tracked delivery to the UK mainland on every part we sell — from a wing mirror cover to a complete engine. There is no weight surcharge and no large-item fee. The price you see is the price you pay.
Dispatch
- Order before 2pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day — whatever the size. Engines and gearboxes go out just as quickly as a switch or a trim panel.
- Orders placed after 2pm go out on the next working day.
- Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.
- Every order is sent on a tracked service. We email your tracking number as soon as it leaves us.
- Larger items — engines, gearboxes, bonnets, doors, bumpers and tailgates — are crated or palletised so they arrive in the condition they left us.
Where we deliver
- UK mainland (England, Wales, mainland Scotland): free, tracked.
- Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands: we deliver, but carriers charge a surcharge to these areas. Contact us before ordering and we will quote you.
- Outside the UK: contact us for a quote before ordering.
Collect from our yard — free
You are welcome to collect any part in person, free of charge, and inspect it before you take it. This is often the easiest option for panels, glass, seats and anything bulky.

If something arrives damaged
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and keep all the packaging. We will arrange and pay for collection and either replace the part or refund you in full, including the original delivery cost. See our returns policy for the full detail.
Not sure a part fits?
Send us your vehicle registration before you order and we will confirm whether it fits your car. Call 01691 611649 or email info@torquemotors.co.uk. If we confirm a fitment and get it wrong, we pay the return postage.
