The cars we have broken

Both generations of the five-cylinder car:

• MK3 (2016–2022) — mostly 2020 cars, the later 2.5 TFSI with the updated interior and virtual cockpit.
• 8J (2009–2014) — a run of 2010 and 2011 cars, the original TT RS.

Almost nothing carries across between an 8J and a MK3, and RS-specific parts — the bumpers, fixed wing, seats, brakes and the five-cylinder ancillaries — are not shared with a standard TT or TTS. Those are exactly the parts owners struggle to source, and they are the ones we pull rather than scrap.

If you are not certain, send us your registration before you order and we will check it against the part.

• Interior — our biggest TT RS category. Seats, door cards, dash and console trim, virtual cockpit units, switch packs.
• Body and panels — RS bumpers, wings, bonnets, doors, spoilers, mirrors and light units.
• Engine and exhaust — 2.5 TFSI five-cylinder ancillaries, turbo and boost pipework, manifolds, mounts and coolers.
• Suspension, brakes, steering and electrical — arms, hubs, calipers, discs, racks, modules and looms.
